Geoffrey Kamworor is a threat in everything from cross country to road marathons and has won exactly one bazillion World Championship medals. This past weekend in Copenhagen, he cranked out 13.1 miles at an average pace of 4:25 per mile.

  • Kamworor sees every victory as a step towards something greater: “In some ways it is a bit like climbing a tree. When you climb up to the next branch you forget about the branch that you have left behind"
  • Similar to his training partner, The Eluid Kipchoge, he focuses on mastering his emotions to allow him to master his craft. For a lesson in self belief, passion, and total commitment to excellence, check out an interview from earlier this year.
